"fandom discourse" sucks. all ships are Fine unless it's racist, pedophilic, incestuous, nonconsensual, etc. i don't engage in "ship wars" because i think they are stupid and a waste of time/energy. critiquing racism, transmisogyny, lgbtphobia, etc is not "fandom drama" and if you can't be honest about a character's actions (or their creator's execution of them!) then that is a You Problem!

i critically pick apart my favorite franchises/characters and don't consider it "negativity" (or "being a hater") to do so. villain lover, but not a condoner. analysis is adoration! to me, canon is a jumping off point for my own ideas and i do not care for "fanon".

i'm mostly active on twitter, but i post updates about what i'm working on here! i prefer to post on my neocities and dreamwidth. i hate social media, but it's where everyone is... sigh!

i enjoy writing longfics the most. currently focusing on one for ada wong/leon kennedy/albert wesker from resident evil, along with worldbuilding and posting on my resident evil blog. i've also written for medic/sniper from team fortress 2! writing headcanons and character studies are my bread and butter, with occasional pepperings-in of self-expression... my personal experiences with lesbianism, transgenderism, romance, and sexual desire play a huge part in how (and why) i write! for my "fandom manifesto" and other pairings i dig, click here!

i also really really love collecting toys; i post about them a lot and have a ball dressing them up and posing them together. i'm always adding more to my herd! i collect g1/2 my little pony, lady lovely locks, and kenner shimmers - among others! i also am very fortunate to be able to collect 1/6th figurines of my videogame favorites too!

if i'm not writing or playing toys, i'm working on my website and blogs! they're a really great place for me to express myself "semi-privately"; social media often stresses me out and i always want to make new friends, but sometimes the atmosphere is more intimidating than fun. it also isn't very "long-form thought"-friendly (i like to be wordy and blab my head off) so i've really been enjoying having my more private blog and web space!
